DESCRIPTION:Mike Zito is one of the most lauded artists in the contemporary blues arena today and rightfully so\, but for him\, the thing that counts the most is maintaining his honesty\, authenticity and integrity. Those are the qualities that have steered Zito’s career since the beginning and continue to define every effort he’s offered since. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“I have nothing to hide; it seems my honesty is what people relate to most\,” he once told Vintage Guitar magazine. “Anders (Osborne) told me early on\, ‘If you don’t believe what you’re singing\, you’ll never be a good singer.’ I try not to write fluff; I try to make every word count.” \n​Naturally\, patience and perseverance have been Zito’s stock and trade since the beginning. He began playing guitar at the age of five\, and by the time he reached his late teens\, he was already a fixture on the local St. Louis music scene. He initially released his music independently and then signed with Eclecto Groove Records in 2008. “Pearl River\,” the title track of his 2009 album for the label\, won Song of the Year at the Blues Music Awards and marked his first collaboration with Cyril Neville\, with whom he’d later work in the Royal Southern Brotherhood. A steady succession of critically acclaimed albums followed\, culminating in 2011’s Greyhound\, which was nominated for Best Rock Blues Album at that year’s Blue Music Awards ceremony in Memphis. Two years later\, he signed with Ruf Records and released Gone to Texas\, the story of how he gained his sobriety\, offered an emotional homage to the state that left an indelible imprint on his entire life. It also marked the debut of his band\, The Wheel.​ \nFrom 2010 to 2014\, Zito also played an integral role in the super group of sorts\, Royal Southern Brotherhood. The group released two albums and a DVD\, Songs from the Road – Live in Germany\, winner of the year’s Blues Music Award for Best DVD. He also made his mark behind the boards by producing albums for Samantha Fish\, Albert Castiglia\, Ally Venable\, Jeremiah Johnson\, Jimmy Carpenter\, and many others.​ \nMike Zito’s last CD\, Quarantine Blues\, was recorded during the heart of the coronavirus pandemic and served as a healing love letter to his fans around the world that heralded better days ahead if we’d all just stick together.  His album prior to that was a tribute to fellow St. Louis native and rock ‘n’ roll legend\, Chuck Berry\, and featured an array of guest guitarists ranging from Joe Bonamassa\, Walter Trout and Eric Gales\, to Robben Ford\, Luther Dickinson and Sonny Landreth\, as well as Berry’s own grandson. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Mad Margritt is an explosive\, high energy rock band based out of Atlanta\, Georgia. The band consists of Eddie Smith on vocals\, Mark Cook on guitar\, Brian Kirtland on bass and Rick Shoemaker on drums. The band released their debut cd COLD SWEAT in October 1997. Several radio stations across the United States and Europe began playing tracks from COLD SWEAT and before long it caught the attention of Delinquent Records who offered the band a recording contract. \nIn July 1999\, Mad Margritt released the cd IN THE NAME OF ROCK on Delinquent Records. It was followed by the bands first US tour. During the 1999-2001 tour\, Mad Margritt opened up shows for several noted acts including Ratt\, Cinderella\, Great White\, Warrant\, Slaughter\, Quiet Riot\, Skid Row\, The Bullet Boys\, Tesla\, Every Mothers Nightmare and Pretty Boy Floyd. They were also featured in several national publications including Metal Edge and Spin Magazine. \nWhile performing at the Ultra-Sound Music Conference in Las Vegas Nevada\, Mad Margritt caught the eye of Perris Records president Tom Mathers. Tom offered the band a deal to release their next cd on Perris and added Mad Margritt to an already impressive roster. Perris Records has released and distributed cd’s by Warrant\, LA Guns\, Enuff Z Nuff\, Ratt’s Stephen Pearcy\, Pretty Boy Floyd\, Helix\, Love/Hate\, Every Mothers Nightmare\, Roxx Gang and several others. \nIn June 2002\, Mad Margritt was featured on the Perris Records compilation BON APPETITE: A TRIBUTE TO THE BON SCOTT YEARS OF AC/DC. The cd also featured members of Guns N Roses\, Ted Nugent\, Britny Fox\, Dangerous Toys\, Tyketto\, Every Mothers Nightmare and original AC/DC vocalist Dave Evans. Later that year the band released their next full-length cd entitled NEW SENSATION and then embarked on another US tour that included shows with Kiss\, Poison\, Whitesnake\, Warrant\, Slaughter\, Great White\, Bret Michaels and Winger. \nIn July 2004\, Mad Margritt was featured on the Perris Records compilation HOLLYWOOD HAIRSPRAY VOLUME 3. The cd also featured members of Kix\, Pretty Boy Floyd\, Tigertailz and Crashdiet. In January 2005\, the band released a “best of” cd entitled STRAIGHT THROUGH THE HEART. During the 2005 Straight Through The Heart Tour\, Mad Margritt performed shows with Poison\, Ratt\, Cinderella and Ratt’s Stephen Pearcy. \nThe bands next cd was entitled ANIMAL. It was released September 25\, 2007 on Perris Records and was distributed in the USA by Select-O-Hits\, The UK by Plastic Head Music\, Italy by Andromeda\, Greece by Soundforge Music Group\, Spain by Border\, The Netherlands by Bertus\, Germany\, Austria\, Switzerland\, France\, Belgium by ZYX Music. \nThe cd got airplay on several radio stations across the United States and Europe and was featured on XM Radio’s hard rock channel The Boneyard. The bands video for the song LOADED GUN got airplay on several television shows across the country and was named “2008 Video Of The Year” on the show Rocknation TV. \nDuring the 2008 Animal Tour\, Mad Margritt performed shows with Queensryche\, Dokken\, Skid Row\, Tesla\, The Bullet Boys\, LA Guns\, Faster Pussycat\, Bang Tango and Helix. The highlight of the tour was performing in front of 30\,000 people at the South Texas Rock Festival. The following year the band performed at several other festivals including the Muscle Racing Festival in Sarasota\, Florida\, the SA Rocking Summer Fest in San Antonio\, Texas and Rocklahoma in Pryor\, Oklahoma. \nMad Margritt released their next cd entitled SHOW NO MERCY on July 6\, 2013. The cd was released once again on Perris Records. The band performed primarily in the southeast following the release of SHOW NO MERCY and opened up shows for Saliva\, Candlebox\, LA Guns\, Firehouse and The Georgia Satellites. \nTheir current cd LOVE\, HATE AND DECEPTION hits stores on September 16\, 2016. DESCRIPTION:Larry Griffith has been on a musical and geographic journey southward\, and his fifth album\, Bonafide\, is the next step. Like any good blues\, it was born of some hardship. Larry recorded it while going through a breakup\, and had to halt production for two months to undergo throat surgery. Though the process was trying (because it was trying)\, the result is an honest and vivid reflection of the road Larry has traveled and the things he’s picked up and carried with him along the way. As songs like “Had Enough\,” “It Ain’t What They Call You\,” and “I’m Free” attest\, Larry was down but never out. \nLarry has been based in Atlanta since 1990\, which turned out to be an ancestral home for him. Though he didn’t know it until after she died\, his mother was born and raised just 24 miles east in Conyers\, GA. He also experienced a musical homecoming in Atlanta\, where the thriving and multi-faceted blues scene provided the big tent under which Larry could place all the influences he had taken in and all the music he wanted to put out. Coming of age in Cincinnati’s Walnut Hill neighborhood\, Larry lived just steps from King Records where he frequently saw and heard the likes of Freddie King\, Bill Doggett\, and James Brown. The city surrounded him with the sounds of local heroes like The Isley Brothers\, The Ohio Players\, and Hank Ballard’s Midnighters. Music from beyond the Ohio atmosphere was also reaching him\, and he still counts Bob Dylan\, John Coltrane\, Jimi Hendrix\, and Billy Strayhorn as some of his heaviest influences. After coming to Atlanta\, he began to absorb more pure blues from household names such as Taj Mahal\, but also lesser-known saints of the southern blues canon like Atlanta’s own Frank Edwards\, Piedmont guitar master Cootie Stark\, and Eddie Tigner of Inkspots fame. These influences and Larry’s own experiences culminate in songs and sounds that depict the view from where he sits\, or as he puts it\, “looking out my mind’s window.”

DESCRIPTION:Mad Margritt is an explosive\, high energy rock band based out of Atlanta\, Georgia. The band consists of Eddie Smith on vocals\, Mark Cook on guitar\, Brian Kirtland on bass and Rick Shoemaker on drums. The band released their debut cd COLD SWEAT in October 1997. Several radio stations across the United States and Europe began playing tracks from COLD SWEAT and before long it caught the attention of Delinquent Records who offered the band a recording contract. \nIn July 1999\, Mad Margritt released the cd IN THE NAME OF ROCK on Delinquent Records. It was followed by the bands first US tour. During the 1999-2001 tour\, Mad Margritt opened up shows for several noted acts including Ratt\, Cinderella\, Great White\, Warrant\, Slaughter\, Quiet Riot\, Skid Row\, The Bullet Boys\, Tesla\, Every Mothers Nightmare and Pretty Boy Floyd. They were also featured in several national publications including Metal Edge and Spin Magazine. \nWhile performing at the Ultra-Sound Music Conference in Las Vegas Nevada\, Mad Margritt caught the eye of Perris Records president Tom Mathers. Tom offered the band a deal to release their next cd on Perris and added Mad Margritt to an already impressive roster. Perris Records has released and distributed cd’s by Warrant\, LA Guns\, Enuff Z Nuff\, Ratt’s Stephen Pearcy\, Pretty Boy Floyd\, Helix\, Love/Hate\, Every Mothers Nightmare\, Roxx Gang and several others. \nIn June 2002\, Mad Margritt was featured on the Perris Records compilation BON APPETITE: A TRIBUTE TO THE BON SCOTT YEARS OF AC/DC. The cd also featured members of Guns N Roses\, Ted Nugent\, Britny Fox\, Dangerous Toys\, Tyketto\, Every Mothers Nightmare and original AC/DC vocalist Dave Evans. Later that year the band released their next full-length cd entitled NEW SENSATION and then embarked on another US tour that included shows with Kiss\, Poison\, Whitesnake\, Warrant\, Slaughter\, Great White\, Bret Michaels and Winger. \nIn July 2004\, Mad Margritt was featured on the Perris Records compilation HOLLYWOOD HAIRSPRAY VOLUME 3. The cd also featured members of Kix\, Pretty Boy Floyd\, Tigertailz and Crashdiet. In January 2005\, the band released a “best of” cd entitled STRAIGHT THROUGH THE HEART. During the 2005 Straight Through The Heart Tour\, Mad Margritt performed shows with Poison\, Ratt\, Cinderella and Ratt’s Stephen Pearcy.

DESCRIPTION:Gregg Erwin\, a family man\, born in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and raised on the banks of the Chattahoochee River\, found his country roots as he stomped through the trails of Appalachia. At the tender age of 8 years old\, Gregg was singing for church audiences all over North Georgia. It was not until much later in his life that he picked up the guitar and taught himself to play by ear. His passion for music\, his family\, his faith and his country has driven him to success. \nInspired by legendary artists such as Merle Haggard\, George Jones\, Hank Williams and Waylon Jennings\, Gregg soon discovered he too had been branded “Outlaw Country”.  Though he covers many of the well-known hits of these honky-tonk heroes\, it was the lyrical heart of Keith Whitley that inspired Gregg to launch his songwriting career. \nNow with the release of his first CD “200% Proof”\, Gregg tours all over the SouthEastern states playing for his fans and new listener alike.
